Light of the world,

You stepped down into darkness

Opened my eyes, let me see

Beauty that made this heart adore You

Hope of my life spent with You

And here I am to worship

Here I am to bow down

Here I am to say that You're my God

You're altogether lovely

Altogether worthy

Altogether wonderful to me

King of all days

Oh, so highly exalted

Glorious in heaven above

Humbly You came to the earth You created

All for love's sake became poor

I'll never know how much it cost

To see my sin upon that cross

At times, we will tend to neglect the people around us. Today they might be still around, but it won’t be forever. We need to learn how to treasure them before it is too late.

If you're mad with someone , and nobody's there to fix the situation... You fix it . Maybe today, that person still wants to be your friend . And if u don't, tomorrow can be too late .

If you're in love with somebody , but that person doesn't know...
tell her/him. Maybe today, that person is also in love with you . And if you don't say it, tomorrow can be too late .

If you still love a person that you think has forgotten you...
tell her/him. Maybe that person has always loved you. And if you don't tell her/him today , tomorrow can be too late.

If you need a hug of a friend... ask her/him for it.
Maybe they need it more than you do. And if you don't ask for it today, tomorrow can be too late.

If you really have friends who you appreciate... tell them. Maybe they appreciate you as well. That if you don't and they leave or go far away today , tomorrow can be too late.

If you love your parents, and never had the chance to show them... do it . Maybe you have them there to show them how you feel. That if you don't and they leave today , and then tomorrow can be too late.

*.* Nice Story *.*

One day, when I was a freshman in high school,> I saw a kid from my class was walking home from> school.> > His name was Kyle.> > It looked like he was carrying all of his books..> > I thought to myself, "Why would anyone bring home all> his books on a Friday?> > He must really be a nerd."> > I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football> game with my friends tomorrow afternoon), so I> shrugged my shoulders and went on.> > As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running toward> him.> > They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his> arms and tripping him so he landed in the dirt.> > His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the> grass about ten feet from him> > He looked up and I saw this terrible sadness in his> eyes> > My heart went out to him. So, I jogged over to him as> he crawled around looking for his glasses, and I saw a> tear in his eye.> > As I handed him his glasses, I said, "Those guys are> jerks. "> > They really should get lives."> > He looked at me and said, "Hey thanks!"> > There was a big smile on his face.> > It was one of those smiles that showed real gratitude.> > I helped him pick up his books, and asked him where he> lived.> > As it turned out, he lived near me, so I asked him why> I had never seen him before.> > He said he ha d gone to private school before now.> > I would have never hung out with a private school kid> before.> > We talked all the way home, and I carried some of his> books.> > He turned out to be a pretty cool kid.> > I asked him if he wanted to play a little football> with my friends> > He said yes.> > We hung out all weekend and the more I got to know> Kyle, the more I liked him, and my friends thought the> same of him.> > Monday morning came, and there was Kyle with the huge> stack of books again.> > I stopped him and said, "Boy, you are gonna really> build some serious muscles with this pile of books> everyday!"> > He just laughed and handed me half the books.> > Over the next four years, Kyle and I became best> friends.> > When we were seniors we began to think about college.> > Kyle decided on Georgetown and I was going to Duke.> > I knew that we would always be friends, that the miles> would never be a problem.> > He was going to be a doctor and I was going for> business on a football scholarship.> > Kyle was valedictorian of our class.> > I teased him all the time about being a nerd.> > He had to prepare a speech for graduation.> > I was so glad it wasn't me having to get up there and> speak> > Graduation day, I saw Kyle.> > He looked great.> > He was one of those guys that really found himself> during high school.> > He filled out and actually looked good in glasses.> > He had more dates than I had and all the girls loved> him.> > Boy, sometimes I was jealous!> Today was one of those days.> > I could see that he was nervous about his speech.> > So, I smacked him on the back and said, "Hey, big guy,> you'll be great!"> > He looked at me with one of those looks (the really> grateful one) and smiled.> > " Thanks," he said.> > As he started his speech, he cleared his throat, and> began> > "Graduation is a time to thank those who helped you> make it through those tough years.> > Your parents, your teachers, your siblings, maybe a> coach...but mostly your friends...> > I am here to tell all of you that being a friend to> someone is the best gift you can give them.> > I am going to tell you a story."> > I just looked at my friend with disbelief as he told> the story of the first day we met.> > > He had planned to kill himself over the weekend.> > He talked of how he had cleaned out his locker so his> Mom wouldn't have to do it later and was carrying his> stuff home.> > He looked hard at me and gave me a little smile.> > "Thankfully, I was saved.> > My friend saved me from doing the unspeakable."> > I heard the gasp go through the crowd as this> handsome, popular boy told us all about his weakest> moment.> > I saw his Mom and dad looking at me and smiling that> same grateful smile.> > Not until that moment did I realize it's depth.> > Never underestimate the power of your actions.> > With one small gesture you can change a person's life.> > > For better or for worse.> > God puts us all in each others lives to impact one> another in some way.> > Look for God in others.

Breakfast at McDonald'sThis is a good story and is true, please read it all >the way through until the end! (After the story, there are some very >interesting facts!):I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have >recently completed my college degree. The last class I had to take was >Sociology. The teacher was a bsolutely inspiring with the qualities that I >wish every human being had been graced with. Her last project of the term >was called, "Smile."The class was asked to go out and smile at three people >and document their reactions.I am a very friendly person and always smile >at everyone and say hello anyway. So, I thought this would be a piece of >cake, literally.Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, >youngest son, and I went out to McDonald's one crisp March morning. It was >just our way of sharing special playtime with our son.We were standing in >line, waiting to be>served, when all of a sudden everyone around us began to back away, and >then even my husband did.I did not move an inch... an overwhelming feeling >of panic welled up inside of me as I turned to see why they had moved. As I >turned around I smelled a horrible "dirty body" smell, and there standing >behind me were two poor homeless men.As I looke d down at the short >gentleman, close to me, he was "smiling".His beautiful sky blue eyes were >full of God's Light as he searched for acceptance. He said, "Good day" as he >counted the few coins he had been clutching. The second man fumbled with his >hands as he stood behind his friend. I realized the second man was mentally >challenged and the blue-eyed gentleman was his salvation. I held my tears >as I stood there>with them. The young lady at the counter asked him what they wanted. He said, >"Coffee is all Miss" because that was all they could afford. (If they >wanted to sit in the restaurant and warm up, they had to buy something. He >just wanted to be warm). Then I really felt it - the compulsion was so great >I almost reached out and embraced the little man with the blue eyes. That is >when I noticed all eyes in the restaurant were set on me, judging my every >action.I smiled and asked the young lady behind the counter to give me two >more breakfast meals on a separate tray.I then walked around the corner to >the table that the men had chosen as a resting spot. I put the tray on the >table and laid my hand on the blue-eyed gentleman's cold hand.He looked up >at me, with tears in his eyes, and said, "Thank you."I leaned over, began >to pat his hand and said, "I did not do this for you. God is here working >through me to give you>hope."I started to cry as I walked away to join my husband and son. When I >sat down my husband smiled at me and said, "That is why God gave you to me, >Honey, to give me hope."We held hands for a moment and at that time, we >knew that only because of the Grace that we had been given were we able to >give. We are not church goers, but we are believers. That day showed me the >pure Light of God's sweet love.I returned to college, on the last evening >of class, with this story in hand.I turned in "my project" and the >instructor read it.Then she looked up at me and said, "Can I share this?"I >slowly nodded as she got the attention of the class. She began to read and >that is when I knew that we as human beings and being part of God share >this need to heal peop learned to be healed. In my own way I had touched the >people at McDonald's, my son, instructor, and every soul that shared the >classroom on the last>night I spent as a college student.I graduated with one of the biggest >lessons I would ever learn:UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.Much love and >compassion is sent to each and every person who may read this and learn how >toLOVE PEOPLE AND USE THINGS - NOT LOVE THINGS AND USEPEOPLE.There is an >Angel sent to watch over you.In order for her to work, you must pass this >on to the people you want watched over.An Angel wrote:Many people will walk >in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints in >your heart. To handle yourself, use your head.To handle others, use your >heart.God Gives every bird it's food, but He does not throw it into its >nest

Did you know that those who appear to be very strong in heart, are real
weak and most susceptible?

Did you know that those who spend their time protecting others are the ones
that really need someone to protect them?

Did you know that the three most difficult things to say are:

I love you, Sorry and help me

Did you know that those who dress in red are more confident in themselves?

Did you know that those who dress in yellow are those that enjoy their
beauty?

Did you know that those who dress in black, are
those who want to be unnoticed and need your help and understanding?

Did you know that when you help someone, the help is returned in two folds?

Did you know that it's easier to say what you feel in writing than saying
it to someone in the face? But did you know that it has more value when you
say it to their face?

Did you know that if you ask for something in faith, your wishes are
granted?

Did you know that you can make your dreams come true, like falling in love,
becoming rich, staying healthy, if you ask for it by faith, and if you
really knew, you'd be surprised by what you could do.

But don't believe everything I tell you, until you try it for yourself, if
you know someone that is in need of something that I mentioned, and you
know that you can help, you'll see that it will be returned in two-fold.

Today, the ball of FRIENDSHIP is in your court, send this to those who
truly are your friends .Also, do not feel bad if
no one sends this back to you in the end, you'll find out that you'll get
to keep the ball for other people want more ..
*thanks for being my friend people. :D

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and He >will never fail you because He is awesome!>If you truely need a blessing, continue reading this email:>Heavenly Father, most Gracious and Loving God,>I pray to youthat you abundantly bless my family and me.>I know that you recgoniz, that a family is more than just a mother, father, >sister, brother, husband and wife, but all who believe and trust in you.>Father, I send up a prayer request for blessings for not only the person >who sent this to me, but for me and all that I have forwarded this message >on to.>And that the power of joined prayer by those who believe and trust in You, >is more powerful than anything.>I thank You in advance for Your blessings.>Father God, deliver the person reading this right now from debt and debt >burdens.>Release your Godly wisdom that I may be a good steward over all that You >have given me Father, for I know how wonderful and mighty You are and how >if we just obey You and walk in your word and have the faith of a mustard >seed that You will pour out blessings.>I thank You now Lord for the recent blessings I have received and for the >blessings yet to come because I know you are not done with me yet.>In Jesus name, I pray, Amen.>Send this on quickly and within hours, you will have caused a multitude of >people to pray to God for each other.>Then sit back and watch the power of God work in your life for doing the >thing that you know He loves.>Remain Blessed!!!>Peace and Blessings...'O taste and see that the Lord is good'(Ps.34:8)>OUR HELP IS IN THE NAME OF THE LORD WHO MAKE HEAVEN AND EARTH.'LIFE ON >EARTH IS NOTHING EXCEPT WE LEAVE IT FOR JESUS CHRIST'>- GOD BLESS YOU.
